I’m Liz Donovan, a design research leader and practitioner.

I'm an experienced UX Research leader with over 16 years in the industry and 3.5 years leading an impactful ux research team. Over the course of my career, I've worked at agencies, startups and enterprises to explore different domains in both B2C and B2B products. As a researcher, I love the moment when patterns emerge and something new is discovered.

As a leader, I focus my team on opportunities that deliver impact and build our reputation of driving successful business decisions. I’m a trained coach and love developing team members through mentoring, coaching, and connecting them with challenges they're passionate about.
